Anyone with a 2018 WX2060? I am currently up fishing Lake Erie, I have figured out that the motor is set to high and have lowered the slide master jack plate, and it has made a HUGE difference in boating thru a washing machine when the wind is blowing. I was also having problems with the boat slapping the water when trimmed up even the slightest adjustment.
My question is What position or bolt holes is motor mounted to on the jack plate? I lowered my plate flush and am thinking I need to drop the motor down a couple holes on the plate but wanted to see what someone else is running.
I’m not crazy about speed, but when I’m in true 4 plus foot waves I want performance. Thanks in advance!
