Thought I would throw this out there, I’m looking for a couple of sets of bunk beds for the deer shack. They need to be in good shape and able to sleep adults. If anyone has a set sitting around and wants to get rid of them, let me know please. Thanks!

Just a thought. My buddy’s hunting shack employs a brilliant idea I havent seen anywhere else. Within the cabin are installed some posts with notches in them. They then take heavy duty metal rods that slide into the notches in the wood. They have some heavy canvas fabric with a loop stitched at the ends. Slide the metal rods through the canvas and into the notched wood. We slept like babies and the room it saves in the cabin is terrific. When done just fold up the canvas and put it into a storage bin.

I am in Eagan and have something that might work. It is a kids bed set shaped like a T. Bed on top, desk, on one side, drawers on the other side and the bottom bed comes out at a 90 degree angle.

OK on a serious note, when my parents bought the cabin it was roughed out in the bedroom area. they built bunks into the walls with 2 X 6’s. then laid plywood, then found urine soaked matresses to put on the plywood.

ok i was kidding on the urine soaked thing!!!
