Call over to Frankies in Chisago. They sell a ton of Bass boats, they will know.

Thank you I’m going to call them. The kids talked me in to keeping the boat for tubing, and the lady loved how spot less and nice the interior was. So I figured if I get it wrapped it will look really nice.

You’re so sly. Let them talk you into a boat you wanted to keep the whole time. Now it’s their idea and you are off the hook! Brilliant. bow

I was just going to copy the new 2022 look on my 2008 boat before I sold it. You could start here and make changes.

I’m thinking for a grand ballpark to make that old girl look new again will be nice. Instead of the old faded beat up dock rashed purple

You’d be surprised at how much wrapping a boat costs….Maybe if you keep it to simple color schemes but I know anything with a custom logo gets over 1k real quick.

No custom logos here I’m not that cool. Just black maybe a little silver. I don’t like big nasty logos and names.

Me neither. But some people I work with have wrapped their boats for the companies they work for and it’s pretty crazy how much $$ it is.

I’m doing my best to prevent it but at the same time I kind of look forward to not having to care about my boat paint anymore. It’s free to not bother with bumpers!

How do the wraps hold up? I had a crestliner with a large decal on the side. If you got within a foot of a dock, it scratched. It was really frustrating.

They get scratched fairly easy. Usually you can ask for some scraps of the colors they use for patching.

Pay attention to the materials used by whoever you have do it. You pay for what you get.

I had my last boat wrapped and it was $2k and that was a deal cause I knew the guy. I have found prices anywhere from $1000 to $4000.

The wrap will hold up pretty good as long as its quality material.

Wrapping with a design is worth it to save paint and gel coat. But sponsor stuff while nice it also has it’s downfalls. lol Mainly it’s a magnet for people to follow you around on the lakes. Pre wrap, I could be by myself in areas. With the wrap, I could be fishing in a toilet full of crap and people would bunch up and huddle around you. I got over it pretty quick.

Rough estimate for a 193 Triton Allure was $2,000 from what I recall in the fall for design (basic design) and install at RPM Graphics in Rogers. Mine still looks new for a 2012 but I may choose to wrap it eventually. Also wasn’t sure where I would cut off the design wrap since it’s all red.

I’m going to get that wrapped to

    Wrap everything.

Keeping things wrapped makes owning more boats a possibility. whistling
