Wounded Eagle Protocol?

What’s the protocol for finding a wounded Eagle (wing clearly snapped) floating downstream at 5mph?

Sad deal to watch, but nature is beautiful in many cruel ways.

If you can, get it and bring it to the Raptor Center on the St. Paul campus, they take injured raptors.

Are you sure it’s hurt? They do go swimming on occasion. Also might have a fish in it’s talons.

Best off, if your sure there’s a problem, use your net and keep it in the net until someone gets there with the proper gear.
You will be a mess if it gets it’s talons, beek or wings close to you. Even you Andy!
