Do it and enjoy it while you are young because,
when you get older you may no longer be able to do it!

If you are unwilling to question your own beliefs, you will never know if you are following truths or lies. If you let others decide for you what you should believe, you will inevitably believe what is false. The truth is true no matter who tells it, so don’t shoot the messenger. Irrational emotional rants and fact-less opinions.are a poor substitute for being open-minded and actually caring about what is true or false.

There’s no point in arguing with stupid people.
    Change your oil.
It’s not what you do, it’s what you do next.
There are a thousand ways to say something without being a jerk about it.

The real question is; how many people follow their own advice? We all know the slogans, but sometimes it’s difficult to always take the high road. Not that we ever see that here……

Mark Twain had a lot of good advice:

Always do right. This will gratify some people, and astonish the rest.
Climate is what we expect, weather is what we get.
Don’t let schooling interfere with your education.
Education consists mainly in what we have unlearned.
Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please.
Go to Heaven for the climate, Hell for the company.
If you tell the truth you don’t have to remember anything.
It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt.
Patriotism is supporting your country all the time, and your government when it deserves it.
…why doesn’t somebody write a tract on How to Be a Christian and yet keep your Hands off of Other People’s Things.

My kids grew up listening to this:

    Good choices, good results
    Bad choice, bad results

Never, ever told them that some of my best memories came from bad choices…

They saying that my father instilled in me since I was a young child was “no brains the body suffers”. I’m still learning the true meaning to this statement lol

“there are those that make things happen”

“there are those that watch things happen”

“then there are those that wonder what the F@*K just happened”
