Never fished Thunder even though it is just up the road from Roosie.
Always hear good things, plenty of structure, good size eyes, low fishing pressure, beautiful lake!

Thunder is a great lake for all the reasons you stated. Very good multi-species lake and not too difficult to stumble onto a bite. Although there is some decent fishing pressure at times, its big enough that you’re never on top of anyone. Hmmm, maybe we shouldn’t be talking about it so it stays a little under the radar….

Heading back up to woman lake just after labor day, anyone been up there? Also thinking about heading over to leech for a day with my dad, wife, and son to try trolling for some muskie or walleye.
