I got out for a couple of hours on Sunday and ended getting around 10 bass with the biggest being around 3 lbs.

I caught most of the fish between 11-1 in the pads throwing a scrum frog. The fish would really pound the bait when they hit. Most of the fish came after the fish had busted through the pads going after a panfish. I would then proceed to case past it and bring it back over the blow-up spot and game on.

I caught some nice fish under some docks, through senkos and finesse worms. My biggest fish actually came this way.

I also got some fishing shallow, less than 6 feet on the inside of the milfoil. I didn’t get much for size though.

I looked deeper but couldn’t buy a bite. I think we have another week before this lake’s deep water pattern really takes off.

thanks for the PM about my spelling Jack

Frogs are my favorite way to fish bass. I use the snag proof frogs.
