Wondering if any one has fished these two lakes sense opener? If so any luck? Also how are the launches on these two lakes. Have a 17 ft boat, nothing huge.

paltiers landing is a bit on the rough side, but usuable. I know that if you can get in there, the crappies where still going as of last weekend. not sure now, I haven’t heard anything out of centerville. you could always give Vadoos bait a call, I am sure that they could tell you what is hot and not.

May 28, 2007 at 12:21 pm #575491Everything is biting on both lakes.Typical city type lake. Get there early for less noise and fewer boats. I fish Centerville more because it is cleaner. Tons of millfoil in both.
Better launch in the park. $5.00.
