Sunnies are a bitting !!!

I was out for about an hour on Monday 4-9-7 and caught 2 sunnies. They were about 1/4 pound each. Not very big but they are bitting. Caught them at Phalen using yellow glow Crappie Nibblers.

Thanks for the report I’d like to hit a local lake if I ever get out of work, and it stops snowing for the season….

I havent had a chance to hit the lakes.. I almost did.. until I drove by and seen the shallow backwaters frozen the other morning.

I will be hitting the lakes soon.. but fishing is better when you dont have to beat up your boat busting ice!

I went to white bear tuesday before the storm, the sunnies and crappies moved somewhere that I didn’t really have the time to locate. The bass were cooperating not that I would ever targate them specifically. Maybe the big bass were making the others paronoid.
