Well, my weekly voyage to Minnetonka faired about the same as the last. With the high winds last night, I didn’t get to move around as much as I had planned. I targeted wind swept weedlines and points last night with both cranks and spinner blades. I worked depths from 12′ out to 20′ looking for hard bottom and or sand transition areas. This lake is so enormous I have a feeling it’s going to take me a while to figure her out. I got one small slimer again on a leech and spinner. Hopefully by the end of the summer I have a better knowledge of the lake so I can provide better details on the bite. See ya next week.
