Well I finally took the time to get out this weekend for the first time this year and it was a great way to start. The Action started out ok with my friend and I so I called my dad and he came out…the clouds rolled in and we had so many tip-ups everyone around commented when we left with our 3 person limit of pike. Nothing huge but 3 of them 3 pounds and over. The biggest was a 3 pound 12 oz with 2 jigs in her mouth with line broken off! That was neat never caught a fish that had 2 lures in the mouth already before mine. At one point we had 4 flags in less than 1 minute. Lots of misses being in the shallows and them wrapping up in the weeds. Needless to say it was a fun day for us! we were fishing in less than 4 feet of water for the most part.
