    Went out this afternoon. Caught sunnies,crappies,northern and bass. Drove the snowmobile. 6 to 8″ of ice. Other snowmobiles and 4wheelers everywhere. Fun day.

    north of Mpls. Near Coon Lake. A couple deeper holes that seem to concentrate fish. Haven’t been there for a couple years, but the numbers were great, size was not. Has it changed?

    Size is normally not very good. You can occasionaly hit a school of bigger panfish. Good fishing close to landing if you can’t drive out. Better fishing/bigger fish across the lake.
