Any action out there yet?? I fished the June Jam tourny last weekend on deer lake in Wisconsin and got 2 small ones but nothing to talk about… Just wondering how things are on Bald Eagle or White Bear Lakes….. going to go give it a try very soon.

I’ll be hitting Tonka this weekend……..I would probably avoid WBL…….With the quick rise in temps, the fish maybe “off”…..if not, they are soooooooo fat right now from all the dying fish, I don’t think you could force-feed them right now, without them puking…….

I heard through the grapevine that Calhoun is producing some nice fish!

I spent most of last weekend on the water. I was seeing lots of fish very shallow- 5 feet of water or less, less being the key. It was a great weekend to be out and I think this weekend ahead should be a blast. We managed to boat a very fat 40″ and lost one at boat side that ate on a figure 8, but it came off as fast as she ate. I did not see any fish that would have gone over 44″-45″ but those bigger gals should get moving very soon……with any luck…this weekend….It seemed that most of our fish came on slamo cranks being twitched, or tubes beging worked shallow.

Gary all the muskies left Tonka last week sorry Go fish Waconia They have been to quote a fellow acquaintance who loves red lures parallel parked on the inside edges. Means they haven’t been too active but I have seen quite a few. Going to chase them tonight so I’ll drop a report if anything happens.
