    Dan,

Did you make it out there? I haven’t spent any time there this year but plan to get out a bunch next week.

    Mike-

I got out on Wednesday for a couple hours after work and we ended up getting about 7 bass and a couple pike. The fish that we caught where on the inside milfoil/weed edge, about 3-4 feet deep. We caught the fish on buzzbaits, texas rigged worms and senkos. The biggest fish was about 16″. nothing too crazy but it was a great night to be out.

My club had a tourney out there on Sunday, I couldn’t fish at the Jimmy Buffet concert, and they did really well fishing the outside edges of the weedline. (in some placed this is 16+ feet deep) Most of their success was with senkos and small cranks. Winning bag was 19.5 and second was around 16.5. There was one boat in our group that also did well throwing in the slop. That lake is a sleeper lake that has some real big fish.
