Waconia fri 5/19

Only have time to a very short report, might be able to add to it later but wanted to get something on here.

Took two friends to Waconia yesterday for Crappies. in front of Mase’s In-Towne Marina around the docks, and in and around their sailboat tiedown floats. 8-10 feet of water, and set a slip bobber about 2 feet above the bottom. the 3 of us had just about a 100 Crappies, good action, BUT only one fish over 11″. small jigs with a minnow, try different color jigs if one isn’t getting hit a lot. my best color was pink head with white feather. around noon temp were 59, leaving around 6:30p main lake was 61, and far western bay was up to 63.
