My plans changed, my fishing buddy and I were going to hit the St.croix but he couldn’t fish all day [wife problems] so we hit tonka instead.We fished for walleyes and caught everything but.We really hammered the bass, we were fishing lindy rigs and shiners all of our fish came on shiners, they wanted nothing to do with crawlers or leeches, depths from 10-22 ft, we tried to fish the deep weed edge but no walleyes, just northerns,large and smallmouth and crappie. When we ran out of shiners it was over.If anyone got into walleyes I wouldlove to here about it.
