Spring Park Bay

    Has anyone seen if the ice is gone on Spring Park Bay. Or is the launch open? I was hoping to get out this weekend.

    Most of Spring Park Bay is still ice covered. There is open water around the boat ramp and the north/northwest shore. Black and Seton lakes are open. You may be able to motor from the launch to Black if the wind doesn’t shift and blow the ice back to the north shore.

    I’ll post later tonight if ice is gone. But even if it isn’t you can motor through it to Black from the launch. I expect everything to be open by Sunday.

    Thanks for the info. I can’t wait to get out on black and Seton for the crappies. Have a good weekend.
