    Hello,

    I’ll be fishing Lake Minnetonka on the weekend of July 31st. I have never been to this lake and was wondering if anyone had a map of the lake that they could send me online? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

    Check the MN DNR site. It has a poor map. You can get a reel bottom map a the local Gander. Best map I’ve found. You can also get a hot spots map, not as detailed but will suffice.

    Yes;

    Kooty is right, it is a “reel bottom”, not a hot spots map that has the 1′ foot contours. There are actually 2 maps (east and west sections) that you want to buy.

    The few fish I have moved have been on the deep weed edges or have been suspended off deep points. Hopefully this cold front has dropped water temps enough to get muskies revved up. Fishing has been really tough so far.

    I’ll be out there tonight for the Wed Nighter. If you are around, come find me and I can let you know what we did.
