Minnetonka Musky

Not very active. I flat out missed a hookset on Monday and got my line busted last night. I was fishing a swim bait in both cases except Wed I was really looking for walleyes so didn’t have a wire leader. Musky went aerial and that was all she wrote. On the plus side fishing deep points with a Berkley Inshore Power minnow has got two fish to bite. More than I can say for assorted bucktails, spinnerbaits and topwaters. I see fish everytime out but even the follows are lackluster. Anyone else find something that’s working??

You are doing better than me Stan. I was out last Saturday for a few hours and only raised a hammer handle pike. I’m probably going to try again early Sat morning. I’m probably going to try Waconia on Sunday morning.

Work has kept me pinned down. Haven’t been out for awhile.
