    went to baldeagle today and got a few decent crappies and my son got a few nice gills but the bite was real slow.
    we were right out from baldeagle boat rental about 50yards out in about 13 fow …. jus a lil info

    Thanks, crappiechaser. Been meaning to head up to the north side of the island one of these days but like you say, still a little cold.

    Thanks for the update.

    I would still target deeper water adjacent to spawning ground. These fish are still suspended over deeper water. Use your electronics to search them out and you will boat some fish!!!!
