Joined some friends in the deep hole south of pillsbury. late afternoon, and evening bite was on a glow jig with minnow. the fish at and near bottom (26ft)would not go. fish that came through 15ft to 20ft down were more active, but still slow. no nice size fish, every one was a measured 8 1/4 inch to just at 9 inches. brought none home. fun getting out on the ice. alot of the ice houses that were there 2 weeks ago are gone. still quite a few tho. for a while friend had camera down near bottom. lots of BG and few crappies during daylight late afternoon. very negative fish. Bad day of fishing is much better than a good at work!
