I’m heading out to Lotus Lake with a few co-workers of mine tomorrow night. I have never fished the lake so I’m looking for any advice my fellow anglers can give me. I looked at a lake map and see some nice looking holes but any info would be greatly appreciated. If nothing else I’m sure we’ll have a good time.

Try the 20 ft hole right off Carver Beach. North west end of lake. Good for crappies and an occasional walleye. Easiest access too boot as you can park down there. Haven’t been there this year but it’s be good in the past and I’ve got reports it was putting out fish last week.

That’s funny, that’s right where we were headed. Thanks for the info. I’ll let you know how it goes.

Sorry so late to get back to you. We started about 4 o’clock, I dropped the camera and saw fish everywhere. I was extremely excited until we started to land them. They were all small, crappies, sunnies and perch. Between the 4 of us, we must have caught 40 fish, but no keepers.

    Good luck all.
