    The public ramp was packed yesterday on my way home from Home Depot. That’s all I got for info, sorry I couldn’t help more.

    For opener myself and a buddy showed up at 6 a.m. and fished for 5 hours with marginal success. Biggest fish was around 3#. The reed beds that I like were direcly in the wind and after about 3 hours of standing in it, we went to get out of it and their was a tournament going on so we tried to stay out of those guys way. We went of fish some inside weedlines, but with the wind being as bad as it was it was quite unsuccessful. We went to Minnewashata and had some good fun though. Good luck and let me know how you did.     fishnut, how did it go on Minnewashta???? have always heard some pretty good things about the lake but have not made it over there. thanks Jack.
