I consider myself a decent bass fisherman. Versatile and hard working when it comes to approaching new bodies of water. I have pulled nice fish from crystal and marion. I have also fished the hell out of Orchard Lake in Lakeville and have never managed to pull a fish over 3 pounds. What is with this lake???

have not been to orchard in a few years, and have spent little time there. it does put out some bass mostly smaller fish 2 pounders or under. does have some descent shoreline and a few midlake humps, my best fish out of there was 22 1/2 inchs and over 6 1/2 pounds, it was a fluke I think, but it was sure a beauty, that was at least 3 years ago.
