    Thinking of hitting White Bear Lake this weekend with some buddies. Any info on ice conditions or spots to try for some crappies?

    Your best crappie bite will be from sundown into the night. If you go of bellaire, look for 10-16 fow. Should find some pike as well.

    Exactly what jake said but also if you want some day action in the weeds by the deeper water and keep moving until you find them. Usually it’s been if you find the weeds that top out 5 ft below the ice.. Use bigger presentations to draw them up.. Or smaller presentations will get you gills as well. Good luck
