Hoping to get out tomorrow. Anybody know of fishable ice near IGH or in Eagan?

The couple ponds off of Hwy 52 in IGH have had guys on them in the evening. That is all that I have seen. (The one off of 52 and 80th seems to always work best for me…)

I was thinking of hitting the pond by the city hall. I think I’ll drive by on saturday. if I see people out there I might condsider it.

Ok, I grew up in IGH. I see people on that pond next to the cop shop all the time. Are there really fish in there?

    Brian,

There is never a shortage of panish. Nothing that you are going to hang on a wall, but a lot of fun. On the DNR website it even says they put some walleyes in there a few years ago.

Made it out for a bit yesterday. There was about 4 inches of ice on the lake. Very slippery. Used my new marucm, no biters though.
