Heard Prior’s water was still pretty cold, and Tonka temps ranged from 49 to 52.
Anyone been out and how’s it going out there?

    Thanks,
    Jack

    thanks guys,
yesterday I took a motorcycle trip over to Prior with my ultralight stuffed into my jacket and fished the channel for about an hour in the evening.
very slow, a few people had just a couple of crappies, and had one boat going by say the temp was 57 in the channel. Not sure what the main lake is, but would sure think some shallow movement will happen in ernest with a few days of warm weather.

Hit many of the bays on Prior yesterday afternoon and only found a few (and I mean few) Crappies in the shallows. The Harbor, Paradise, Boudins, Candy Cove on Lower and Mud Bay on Upper all were relatively devoid of shallow water crappies. We did see lots of Carp in Mud Bay and plenty of nice Sunfish along with schools of juvenile bass.

The water temp was 61-63 depending on the bay. Main Lake was 60F
