    Love the enthusiasm there. What access typically stays open latest in the season on the St Croix, BK?

    This video was shot a couple weeks ago when the Bluffs ramp was open, the bay with the ramp was locked up last week Thursday but may well have opened again with the warm weather the last couple days. Prescott is my go to ramp when everything upstream starts getting to annoying to bust ice on
