I was just wondering how the boat launches look over that way. I drive over the St croix everyday and the launches are under water. I quess Jim Falls is the one I’m most interested in. Thanks for any info. 
I can’t speak specifically for Jim Falls, but you will be fine. Chippewa River in Eau Claire is basically normal.
I gave it a try tonight. The water level is close to normal,but the dock is out at anson park. 
A two man team or someone with waders could lauch there. I went down by Waters Edge and the dock was in. The word on the street there is the fish are bighting, just not for me Great night be out anyway!
