It’s hard for me to hold my tongue, that’s for sure.

Good times are being had. This is a nice time of year to be on the backyard gem. Just watch out for the green!

I was just teasing. I will be rooting for you to win it all, I’ve been working so much the only time I see my boat is when I walk past it to get into my truck and go to work

The beauty of Wissota is there is not 1 way to catch fish that will out produce any other method (for quality fish)consistantly. But you cant catch them if your not on the water! The tourney is stll a month away & what is working now might not necessarily reflect what will work on game day!Mother nature can throw a curve ball which might dictate what methods or areas will hold better numbers & size of fish.To all of those members here that made it to the finals,Great Job!From what I have been seeing it seems that weekly a few more boats are making their way to Wissota to check out its bounty. There definately has been no shortage of pleasure cruisers as well.Sherrifs Patrol & DNR have been on the water alot this year,so watch your going through the no wake zones! Just to sit back & watch some of these characters, the areas & predicaments they get themselves into.Waiting to see one of the big cabin cruisers to come off plane on Yellow River Bar. They had placed a huge swim area buoy on 1 edge of the Yellow bar ,thinking it would deter some from crossing & get some people to possibly pay attention to depth & it lasted for about a week.Last I noticed it was on the southeast shoreline.Well better get some rest as I have a couple free days which will be spent on the homepond. All results will be kept strictly confidential, not to influence others. Best of luck fishing all. WHITE TIP

Tough bite out there yesterday afternoon for me following the cold front. Put some slot fish in the boat, but had to work for them. Only one under…and had to be all of 7 1/2″…not much bigger than the leech.

Did pick up a bonus 8# cat…fun for a 6 yr old when the snag started moving.
