Wissota walleyes and cats remain active in the warm waters of mid-summer. While sorting through a bunch of slot eyes today, my guests and I popped this 30″, 10 lb 14 oz channel on a red 1/16 oz Draggin Jig from B-Fish-N tackle, dressed with a crawler half. This was the largest of the 7 cats we tangled with today, under the bright midday sun.
With all the big cat action on Wissota right now, maybe I should start offering cat trips.
