The yellow river by the state park is safe in most if not all parts right now. I walked across it today by the beach area and saw a guy out fishing just out from the state park landing. He had his shack up and tip ups set out. Not sure on the exact thickness but it looked to be about 3 to 4 inches. Didnt have a chance to talk to him so im not sure how the bite is.
Hope to set some tip-ups out during the day while im working seeming how we are working on a house right on the river. If I do get out I will be sure to report back on how it went.
