I was joined by two friends of mine as we attempted to put some wisconsin river eyes in the boat on this fine day. The water is up and running at a very fast clip so finding any kind of current break is a very good idea. We found one in 6 to 8 feet of water and spent most of our day there. The ole rocket science method of the split shot and hook with a minnow of course was what brought in the fish today. We managed eight fish that were in the 20-28 slot, 4 keepers in the 15-20 range, and about 10 shorties.
