fished the dam this morning with my dad and his friend from 7-3:30. waited in line to launch for about 45 minutes. we started out right down from rivers edge and drifted down to the cables and only had 1 small sauger to show for it. then we moved up to the pillars and we caught 2 walleyes and a sauger one walleye was legal. then we went down past the rapids and fished down there for 2 hours and caught about 6 fish with 4 legals. 
we had numerous missed fish also. we were useing an orange jig with a fathead and fished anywhere from 9-30 feet of water. not fast and furious but some consistent action. there was between 100-150 boats on the water today
