Pete white bass

Back up on WI River in Nekoosa for 2 days. White bass have started hitting clear up the river.. all males so far and all milting. When will the 2.5 females run??? The white bass and wind yesterday made it hard to get to numbers of walleye… very little wind today and so we were able to fish outside of W. Bass country and up until afternoon when guide trip ended the keepers came in spurts ending up at about 3 keepers and hour… hard to top 17 inches though.

Finally gonna make it over there on Tuesday and Wednesday, with a guest who bid for the trip at a church auction. i assume it’s ok to launch at Chester creek? You gonna be out?
