I got out for about two hours this afternoon to target largies. I ended up doing fairly well for having to fight the wind the whole time with low trolling motor batteries. My biggest today was a 17″ bass I caught pitching plastics to outside weed edges. All of the rest of my fish today came swimming a jig. A slow presentaion was key today with a swim jig. I played around with varying my spped a lot, but slow was needed. I caught 4 legals in the two hours on the water and another that were short. I will try to get some pictures to post soon. Taking my dad out for a few hours Sunday and hope they fish bite like they did today.
