We got around 20 walleyes Saturday trolling leadcore in the river.

Awesome fish Dale 
. I guess I wasn’t the only one out fishing open water Saturday. 
fished out of Rivers Edge on Mar 3 and 4. The bite had slowed down from earlier in the week. managed to boat about a dozen eyes/sauger each day, with one legal in the bunch….a nice fat 19 inch sauger taken in 20 fow on a catalpa orange paddletail after being out for 5 minutes on day one. Other fish caught in 20 to 25 fow on both live bait and plastic, but with very slow presentation…vertical jig or dragging. Brought the leadcore along, but never did get it out, as fishing buddy not much into trolling.
Dale…what depths did you work with the leadcore??
