I was at Fleet Farm in Winona looking for some drop shot swivels. I young man named Logan knew exactly what I was looking for. He asked me if I needed anything else and I started asking him about places to ice fish in the Winona area. He spend a good 15 minutes telling me about some good spots between Wabasha and Winona to fish.
We need more people like Logan working in retail. He was friendly, courteous, and an angler…the perfect combination.
Call and let his supervisor know how you feel. Sometimes they only hear the bad stuff. Nice to hear there is good ones out there.

I sent an email to the regional manager, Todd. He said he would rely my appreciation to Logan, his team, and his manager.
