Just heard on the radio they are closing the park east of 95 for improvements, that includes the boat landing for the whole year.

I walked thru there couple weeks ago and was wondering why all the trees were marked in the parking lot area down by the launch, if they’re taking those out it’s going to be very much enlarged!

That occupied alot of boats for spring fishing and typically mine. Those in the surrounding areas may be pretty tight this year, plan accordingly.

I’ll bet that will quiet down that area a bit. The other launches I use in that area suck but ae nice because how little used they are.

Osceola will be unusable this year because the bridge construction and the new boat landing you can’t get a boat too.

That really should make it very quiet this year. That makes me real excited.
If Osceola is unusable what are they going to do about the kayaks

Weekends and fishing opener should get real interesting for the other 3 landings on the MN side. Copas I think has unlimited parking on the side roads it will just be a hike getting there. I believe Franconia has limited parking and no parking on the side roads.

Was just looking online for info on the Osceola bridge project and see construction isn’t scheduled until 2026. Still in planning stage until then.

Yup Franconia you can only park on the east side of the road up to the white picket fence. And those cult like people that live there love to keep the sheriff on speed dial for parking tickets. Crazy how there isn’t better parking in that area. Should be able to park along all those dirt roads
