Will we ever get rid of the snow and slush?

    I was on two lakes just North of Grand Rapids this weekend. On one, you could walk on a 2” crust over 6” of slush and a few feet of ice in the AM. By midday the crust was weak and breaking. On the second you could walk on a 2” crust over 12” of slush and a few feet of ice in the AM. By midday the crust was weak and breaking.

    The last week here we lost a lot of snow and water-area right off of the launch is shot – just have to vere right or left at this point.
