So people who are “never-Trumpers” want the country to fail…..and people to suffer.

Could be one of the worst assumptions of a group of people I’ve ever seen.

I want him to stop giving false facts and contradicting the CDC and the WHO in an effort to boost the stock market. I want him to stand up and assure the american people that be will support them, be there for them and we will get through this. Then I want him to step aside and say “now I’m going to let the experts who know what the f*** they are talking about speak and I want you all to listen and follow their directions”.

He is trying to calm the American people and prevent panic. But in your eyes he’s “not taking it seriously enough!!”

Then he’s assembled a task force with experts because he’s not an expert on sysmatic disease.

Same group of people who said stopping flights from China is “racist”. Can’t make this stuff up!

And you’re missing my point. You can reassure the american people without lying. All the times he says this is nothing more than a cold or flu, this has been contained in America…. these are flat out lies that if believed by some people could result in them putting themselves and others at risk. Hes been telling anyone that listens for the last 4 years that the media lies about everything and even his own agencies are liars setting up this world where no one believes anyone else. Remember alternate facts? We dont need alternative facts right now. You can argue hes saying these lies cause hes trying to calm people down, but trying to calm people down by telling them lies about their own safety is not only BS, its dangerous and extremely irresponsible. I’ve said my piece and wont comment on it further.

I’m hopeful this will soon pass. I will be thinking about those currently affected by this and praying none of our families contract the virus and have to wonder if our loved ones will be ok.

I will not be stocking up on TP

I have tickets for the Jason Aldean concert on Saturday. The good news is that St. Paul has come out and said the St. Patrick’s Day parade is moving forward. We have a hotel room booked.

My gut feeling is that the concert is probably 50/50.

I noticed the number infected has risen to over 1200. It’s doubled since Monday already. Most likely due to more widespread testing but also due to not testing last week. Now we don’t know how many were infected because of last week’s protocol.

You guys need to get over the potus angle. We are where we are because of the incompetence of last 4+ administrations, including this one.

I voted for the guy and regret it. I also wasn’t voting for the other crook. We should be more concerned that in a country of 325 million people we are forced to vote between either Trump or Biden/Sanders? All 3 are terrible and are a perfect summary of how the two party system is ruining the country. There’s not one politician that I’d trust to not politicize this whole mess…on either side of the isle. It’s really quite sad.

You’re not forced to vote for anybody. In fact you don’t need to vote at all. It’s a right. Not a requirement. And Donald Trump is exactly what this country needed. indepth outdoors offers no endorsement. But James Holst does.

Amen James! You are exactly correct in saying Trump is exactly what this country needs. 4.5 more years of having the opportunity to turn this country right side up again.
