Wilcox's

Does anyone know if there is a marked channel going from Wilcox’s to the main channel ? Thanks

their are some markers around the curve then two more further out, trim your motor up and take your time,first curve,stay to the right,second curve stay to your left,then to the left of the two markers.was out a couple months ago and threre was 2-3 ft in some places.waters higher now..

Going out/in you have 2 choices…up on plane or really slow and the motor trimmed way up. It’s shallow !
If you’ve never done it…don’t try it up on plane. Go the slow and trimmed route.

As was said, there are marker buoys that “kinda” mark the channel and will give you a general idea of where the channel is…not much of a channel tho really.

Best thing to use is your depth finder there is a channel but it’s tough if you need help getting around there use trolling motor

It’s a great spot for bass but anything else hit the wabasha marina on the south end of the no wake
