    Anyone know if the WI license system is back up so you can buy them at the store yet?

    No. Website was updated a couple days ago to say they are in the final testing. A few of the dealers that I call upon have stated that they will no longer sell license, so I would call them in advance to find out

    I bought one over the phone the other day; easier than I thought. They give you a confirmation number to write down that you would show to enforcement if you get checked. You need a pen and a credit card. (There are a couple of rotten-ice WI gills in my profile picture from that day.)
