Please keep the Midwest focus. Tarpon, redfish, really? But the very best feature is the honest attempt to try film the show the week before it is aired.

I don’t see saltwater shows in our future.

    yay waytogo That’d suck.

    Seriously.

    Who says we haven’t tried?

I have never worked so hard to catch so few fish as I have with James trying to capture a cat show.

In fact, it took a few days to figure it out but I’m sure I was suffering from heat stroke.

    Mudpuppy show.

Bring that sturgeon Channel cat gear you used in the sturgeon episode.

Don’t give up! I honestly think it would be very entertaining. Maybe tie a few to a tree along the bank… rotflol

Sooner than later I’ll wear him down….actually I know it wouldn’t be that hard to convince him! Plus…if you wouldn’t want to see James catch a Tarpon……

After a 4 or 5 week stretch of sub zero temps a trip to Florida might sound inviting.

I love the show the way it is.
The only thing that would make it better is if they took me along.

Actually, the best part about the show is that they give you enough info that you can really get on these hot bites on your own. I’ve always found the greatest satisfaction in doing it on my own.

Btw, I know you were joking and I do understand what you meant by that. I get that feeling too but I’ve always use that energy to plan my own trips.

Happy with the mix except for the bass. You can GE your fill 20 times a week on other shows. I would like to se moe panfish shows and less bass. Did I mention less bass?

Now you consider yourself a life long Floridian?

I truly love this show. It covers walleyes and all the different tactics/locations/time of year etc. I have even enjoyed shows about the other species but my passion is chasing walleyes.
What I like most about the show is the how they clearly explain the gear and locations. It allows me an opportunity to dream of future trips. I watch the show every week and I feel like I am there. Just wish they would show the times they catch a big sheepshead or other non targeted fish as that would make the show even more realistic. Or, like my fishing experiences.
Don’t change what you are doing. Show is great! Wish I was on the staff.
