I’m not a Vikings fan but when I listen to him I’m glad he’s not Packers announcer, some parts of his game calling is ok however I think his TD call is among the best of the worst.

October 4, 2017 at 3:26 pm #1718753I am a Packer Fan (born and raised in WI and a UW Alum) living in MN and I like PA. I like that he gives a rip. Its what separates Packer Nation from the overall MN Viking view. As a whole you just don’t care as much, so you will never understand why Packer Nation is what it is.
One thing is for sure, you will never have a Vikings or Bear Sports Sunday being aired on the Packers Official Radio Station like Dave Sinykin has on Kfan.
I especially like PA when he does go into suicide mode. It means the Vikings are failing and brings a smile to my face. But its fun to hear him excited too. It means the Pack may actually be challenged in the North. Its way more fun when its an actual rivalry.
played Dirty Clubs back home growing up, Euchre and Sheepshead all through college and now we play a lot of Pfeffer in MN. All fun times.

I mostly agree with Joe Winter here. Backs up my opinion and why PA is a good voice for the Vikings. However, I look forward to the time when Packers Nation is left searching for a quarterback again. You’ve had a combination of Favre / Rodgers for 30 years and incredibly lucky in that regards. Enjoy while you can.

That has more to do with the huge # of Sconnies who have to leave that incestual dumpster fire of a state, and flock to the pristine waters and woods along with educated cities in MN. Or the great city of Chicago.

With ya on that one, as I assume everyone is. I will never understand how he has A job, let alone the #1 job for Fox Sports.
