Why doesn't the Corp lower the Pools before the Spring Flooding?

    I’ve been asked this question too many times and decided to find the answer.

    I found the answer and a lot more right under my nose at the Corps. website. I haven’t had a chance to read it all yet…but it looks interesting and thought some of you engineering types might be interested as well.

    Brian, before reading one should be instructed to maybe partake in some medicinal from Colorado. Also, those taking antidepressants with thoughts of harming either themselves or others should be warned. Otherwise a really great read, kudos, keep up the good work. This is info everyone should know. waytogo
