$400…….thats it? may as well get couple 13,14.

I have yet to own anything Yeti. That bucket was my closest purchase because its pretty nice but its a bucket and I would have to kick my own ass for paying $150.

I found this in grandma’s stash. Not sure If that old firey lady drank jim or how she got it. She taught me at a young age whiskey is only to be mixed with water. 102 years this lady lived. But this one is for the wall of fame. I know it’s not old and it’s not spendy but it came from her and it’s kind of neat

I was making a drink for a 96 year old aunt of my fathers. She wanted a shot of Chivas with some ice, but not too much ice, “all it does is melt and ruin good booze”

When we were around 16 a buddy and I tried sneaking a few drinks out of her bottle. Gramps caught on because his 7 up with missing. That’s when grandma cracked the whip. If we were manly enough to steal we were manly enough to drink straight. Neither my buddy or I were. She watched us each take a sip and choke. Told us to never touch her stuff with out asking or she would be our number 1 problem. Little 4 ft 9 german lady with a attitude that fit a sailor.
When I got older at a cousin wedding she made all of us kids and cousins a whiskey with a light splash of water. We all complained and she told us we were all sad sorry little kids lol. Man do I miss her now.

    Hello!

Does anyone know where I can find lid for a Yeti 35 Ice Chest. I only need the lid for it only. Does anyone have any idea where I might find only the Yeti 35 Ice Chest lid?

    Thanks!

I have the bucket with most of the add-ons including the cover. It is actually an exceptional bucket, and I love it. The only Yeti product that I own.

It was a Father’s Day gift to a guy who usually just buys what he wants and really does not need a thing. On occasion I get hazed for owning one, but then hey they don’t have one.

A dearly departed member of this forum received as a gift a large yeti cooler. I believe it was something like 150 quart size.

So for one of his trips to Canada he packed it. Filled it with all kinds of ice food water etc etc. Stuffed it full.

Then he and his brother tried to lift it off the garage floor to set it into the boat. They could hardly budge the damn thing much less lift it up over the top of the boat rail 5 ft in the air. The thing probably weighed 400 pounds when it was full. They ended up unpacking the dang thing and repacking in the boat. But only at about half capacity.
