I don’t think anyone actually buys Yeti stuff – pretty sure it’s only acquired as gifts or raffle prizes.

Ha. Here I am! I’ve got a 30 ounce SS Yeti tumbler. It retails for $40 MSRP.

However, the initial one I was gifted for Father’s Day and I lost it, so I had to buy it on my own for a replacement. I use it every single day though, it sees a lot of miles. Keeps the black coffee piping hot for hours.

Bahahaha! The $40 5 gallon bucket who would even buy one of them? I have a yeti can coozie that I got for a gift and some ozark trail brand ones that are just as good for under $10.

As far as the cast iron the lodge brand hasn’t ever let me down yet. $400 is just stupid

    I’ve got x2 Yeti items.

An old school camo Yeti hat that I got as a Christmas gift…and a Yeti mug that currently has a couple shots of Makers, some ice, and 7up in it as I sharpen sets of mower blades (helps steady the hands)

I’m 100% in the boat of people who say Yeti is crazy overpriced and not better than the competition. Our coolers, drinkware, are predominantly RTIC from when they run big sales or on Black Friday.

I’ll just tack it on to my boat loan. Shouldn’t add but a couple months. jester

I have bought 3 YETI coolers – all as gifts to friends that helped me on big projects. I viewed them as nice thank yous to the guys that they never would have forked out the cash for themselves. I do have a yeti coffee cup – and it is hands down better than the rtics I have. I have channeled a lotvof whiskey/waters through it and its still rocking strong.

The first time I ever heard of Yeti was when the boss had a new cooler delivered at work. He was raving about how great this cooler was, best cooler on the planet, etc. He opened the box, took it out, and the handle fell off. Hilarious. As I recall it was the size of a couch and you could fit a six pack in it.

Thin, lightweight cast iron? $400 for a frying pan? Still hilarious, Yeti.

That pan better be super smooth on the inside. Even a new lodge pan is very rough compared to my grandma’s hand me down cast pan.

All the Yeti stuff I own have been gifts.

Get a Matfer pan and save yourself around $300 for other goodies.

I have 3 old cast pans that I use pretty much daily. My grandma recently passed and I inherited 5 more. A old Dutch oven and something else. All are old as old but they were probably very cheap then and now are priceless

Guess I’m the only guy that’s ever bought Yeti.

I’ve bought two Yeti Ramblers ($20/each).

    Used for my bourbon.

Tell you one thing. I’ll have a drink in it with ice and set it down for the night…the thing will still have most of the ice in it the next morning. Not really a huge benefit obviously since I’m not nursing a drink for hours on end, but still impressive..

My Ozark trail and grizzly cups do the same. I think they are all the same designs. Ozark was cheap at Walmart and grizzly came free with a cooler. Now that I have 2 grizzly coolers and a life time and RTIC. The lifetime does just as good as the others

I have a high carbon steel Matfer, a couple Lodge cast irons, and they are all no where near as nice as the decades old cast iron that is smooth as can be that I picked up at a garage sale for $5. And am on the lookout for an old well loved dutch oven. I like nice stuff, but like most here don’t understand who is buying Yeti (or a lot of “outdoors” clothing brands either for that matter).

I do have an Orca Coffee Mug that is always with me, and cost about $30k…but it came with a truck too rotflol

I have 2 Wagner cast iron pans that I bought for 25 cents each at a rummage sale my buddy’s mom was having. That was over 45 years ago and I still have the pans. They are both very smooth pans. My mom gave me her Wagner griddle which was the family pancake pan when I was growing up.
