Who likes aged cheddar?

    Suzuki if you like old cheddar there is a cheese factory that kind of specializes in it in my area.I know they do 15yr plus.
    I like aged cheddar but 5yr maybe 6 is about as old as i like.

    chuck they advertised 17 year old cheddar at Christmas time.

    not a fan of really any chedder.i’ll eat it but not my first choice by far!!!
