Who is planning on getting out on the Croix this weekend?

    Planning to fish the St Croix this Sunday, anybody else going out? Gotta love the no wake on summer weekends.

    Yep was out yesterday 7/4 and plan on being out tomorrow 7/6 also

    Got a feeling the kids will want me to take them back out on the upper croix again. They are worse than labs around water.

    We got out on Sunday and caught 50+ Walleye/Sauger. Only problem was that we only had a few that were in the keeper size. The small (sub 15″) fish were on fire around Prescott. Tried a few different areas, above/below the Kini narrows and some spots between there and Prescott and found mostly smaller fish everywhere. The no-wake made it slow going between spots but it made for a relaxing day on the water.

    No Wake should be done now! Time do some buzzing to multiple spots instead of putting to just one. The Croix from Stillwater down to Hudson has been fantastic so far this summer. Time get out (be able to go fast) and have some more fun.
